Are you passionate working in Sales? Our client, a leader in the Meat Industry, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Demonstrator/Merchandiser to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building strong customer relationships, has an eye for detail, and enjoys engaging with customers in the food industry. Availability required: 2 to 3 Flexible days during the week. Saturdays & Sundays. About the role The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a variety of high-quality smallgoods products across various supermarkets and delis. Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to): Promote and sell a range of smallgoods products through effective demonstrations and persuasive communication. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers. Conduct cost-benefit analysis to identify opportunities for growth with current and potential clients. Provide regular feedback and reports on customer needs, market trends, and competitive activity to the management team. Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and future sales opportunities. Drive around the company vehicle to various locations across metropolitan Melbourne. Location for this role will be in various places, starting from the Depot in Geelong. About you Proven experience as a Sales Representative or Demonstrator (key essential). Previous experience in the food industry (highly desirable, but not mandatory). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Previous retail/sales experience highly regarded. Well presented with a bright and engaging personality. Positive attitude and a team player. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Must have a valid driver’s license. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
