About the Position: Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Corporate/Commercial Lawyer (4–6+ years PAE) to take a lead role within their Brisbane office. You’ll join a team trusted to manage the most intricate transactions and legal matters, from mergers and acquisitions to corporate advisory, restructures, governance, and joint ventures. This isn’t just about doing the work — it’s about driving outcomes that shape businesses. You’ll engage directly with executives, boards, and founders, working closely on strategic matters and providing legal insight that guides long‑term decisions.
