Kitchช Assistant Residency by Dillons is a boutique family run aged care facility located in the heart of Tin Can Bay . Qualifications Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and/or equivalent or higher qualifications Experience working in a commercial cooking environment such as an Aged Care Facility or Hospital will be highly regarded Demonstrates genuine desire to care for frail aged people Able to effectively communicate in written and oral English Current Covid and Flu Vaccination Records would be advantageous Successful Applicants will be required to obtain a Current NDIS Clearance Certificate Responsibilities Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required Clean and organise kitchen and equipment in adherence to hygiene and safety regulations Preserve and store foodstuffs in appropriate temperature-controlled facilities Schedule & Availability Must be available to work 06:30am - 14:30pm and/or 13:30pm - 20:30pm shifts Successful candidates must have the capacity to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted Benefits Free onsite accommodation for applicants willing to travel Free on-site car parking Competitive remuneration No split shifts Genuine career opportunity with on‑job training and additional online training for further development Being a part of a family focused organisation, dedicated to supporting our aging population #J-18808-Ljbffr
