Direct message the job poster from CloudMarc Technical Recruiter at CloudMarc, an IT Services and Consultancy that will help you shape the story and build something that leaves a ‘Marc‘ Senior Test Analyst – Retail / POS Location: Melbourne (3 days onsite) CloudMarc is supporting a major retail client on a large POS transformation program and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Test Analyst who thrives in complex retail environments. This role is perfect for someone who can think beyond the happy path, proactively uncover edge cases, and work closely with business and engineering teams to ensure robust, real-world quality across POS and store systems. What you’ll be doing Leading hands-on functional testing across POS, retail systems, and in-store processes Designing and executing edge-case and real-world retail scenarios Testing pricing, promotions, loyalty, transactions, refunds, receipts, and device behaviours Working with SMEs, store teams and product owners for scenario validation Managing defects end-to-end with clear communication and follow-through Supporting test planning, risk identification and test reporting Collaborating closely with developers, BAs and QAs in an agile squad What we’re looking for Strong Retail / POS testing experience (MUST HAVE) Proven Senior Test Analyst background in enterprise environments Ability to think beyond standard flows and identify edge cases Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Strong documentation, defect management and test analysis capability Proactive, self-driven approach to solving problems Ability to work 3 days onsite in Melbourne Why CloudMarc?
