Overview We are currently hiring a Grounds Person to assist with various tasks related to garden maintenance. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions. About the Role We are currently hiring a Grounds Person to assist with various tasks related to garden maintenance. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions. If you have a passion for working with plants, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow in the horticultural industry, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively under the guidance of experienced team members. Load and unload materials, plants, and equipment from trucks and trailers. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, tools, and equipment. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members. Variety of Garden and Lawn Maintenance tasks. About You Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, greenkeeping or a related field is preferred. Working with Children check or willing to obtain one Valid driver's licence (Manual preferred) White Card Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and the sun.
