Creative Kids Childcare is seeking a motivated and hands‑on Learning & Development Leader to join our leadership team – working across our two Centres in Bundaberg and Bargara. We’re Hiring – Learning & Development Leader Part‑Time | 30 Hours per Week | Bundaberg and Bargara | Commencing February 2026 About the Role This position is ideal for an experienced early childhood professional who thrives on mentoring, coaching, and building capability within teams . You’ll work closely with Centre Leadership and the Operations Manager to strengthen quality practice and ensure consistency across both services. Responsibilities Providing on‑the‑floor mentoring and coaching to educators. Supporting teams to implement high‑quality teaching practices aligned with the EYLF and NQS. Leading and facilitating staff onboarding and induction processes . Supporting educators with professional development planning and training goals. Contributing to the service’s continuous improvement and quality journey. Qualifications & Requirements Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care – essential. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment – highly desirable. Demonstrated experience in coaching, mentoring, or leadership within the ECEC sector. Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for developing others. Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check). First Aid and CPR. Why Join Creative Kids Childcare?
