About The Role Join Know IT All as a Software Tester and help uplift our QA capability through automation and continuous improvement. Based in our CBD Market Street office, you'll focus on increasing testing velocity while maintaining exceptional quality standards. Role & Responsibilities Execute thorough manual testing to identify issues prior to UAT. Ensure defects are accurately logged, tracked, and validated. Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing speed and coverage. Ensure previously tested software remains stable and fault-free in production. Participate in product planning sessions to build a strong understanding of product functionality and roadmap. Participate in mandatory and optional training and development activities. Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and testing best practices. Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years' experience in software testing. Strong defect identification, root cause analysis, and solution recommendation across front‑end and back‑end systems. Experience building and executing automated regression test suites. Ability to assess product quality, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement for customer satisfaction. Collaboration with QA and development teams to support quality planning and consistent delivery. Ability to collect quality data and prepare clear reports and metrics for senior stakeholders. Commitment to staying current with emerging QA tools, technologies, and best practices. Tertiary qualification in IT, Software Engineering, or a related discipline is highly regarded.
