If you like being at the bleeding edge of marketing tech and working with passionate people then Okendo is for you.Position SummaryReporting directly to the Head of Product, the Senior Product Manager will develop and lead key product areas within the Okendo Platform. You will bring creativity, strategic thinking and a data driven mindset to deliver impactful products to customers. You will influence and collaborate deeply with the broader functional areas within the organisation.How you'll create impact:Product:
You will conduct continuous product discovery to identify customer problems and turn those insights into a long term product strategy that you will execute on to build products that delight customersData and Metrics:
You'll define success metrics for your product area, and drive alignment for all product efforts to those measuresLeadership:
You'll lean on your leadership skills to navigate ambiguous green field product opportunities by applying data analysis, critical thinking and creativity to craft a product visionCollaboration:
You will work with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Support and Content teams to create compelling product offerings.Communication:
You'll motivate and influence key stakeholders, drive buy-in for your ideas, and tell exceptional stories around why and what we should build.What we need from you:
Experience:
You have 5+ years in a product management role at a SaaS product-led company demonstrating the ability to drive meaningful outcomes.Product Management:
You have strong customer empathy and employ qualitative and quantitative methods to understand customer problems and needs to ensure product/market fit. You thoroughly evaluate the market, competitor and commercial landscape to offer differentiated products. You have an excellent understanding of product tools, E2E product lifecycle and product practices. You have strong attention to detail, focus on quality and timely execution.Collaboration:
You have a strong collaborative work style and background with ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional workshops to drive outcomes. You can logically negotiate and influence stakeholders on all things productCommunication:
You are a great communicator and storyteller who can articulate ideas clearly and succinctly(both verbal and written) while influencing a diverse group of stakeholders.1-Month Success
