About the Role As a Retail Sales Associate, you\'ll help customers take their first step toward better hearing through simple, friendly conversations and a free 5-minute hearing check. You will: Engage shoppers and encourage them to complete a free hearing check Build relationships with new and returning customers Explain hearing check results (full training provided) Make follow-up calls to past customers and new leads Contribute to store KPIs and sales targets Manage basic administration including database updates, stock and invoicing Assist the Store Manager with general retail operations What We\'re Looking For Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Confident and comfortable interacting with customers Availability for retail hours, including weekends and late-night trade Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Previous experience in retail, sales, health or education is an advantage but not essential Additional Information We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, including mature-aged candidates.
