As we grow, we are looking for a dynamic and driven General Manager to join our team and play a key role in expanding our Rumble community. About the Role The General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of studio operations, driving membership sales, ensuring exceptional customer experience, and leading a team of fitness professionals and front‑desk staff. The GM plays a crucial role in building a strong studio culture, maximizing revenue, and maintaining operational excellence. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential clients and nurture leads to book them in for their first appointment, re‑engage missed sales, and follow up on no‑shows. If you thrive in a high‑energy environment and enjoy helping people take the first step toward their fitness journey, this role is for you Key Responsibilities Lead Nurturing: Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce them to the Rumble experience and book them in for their first appointment. Missed Sales Follow‑Up: Call leads who showed initial interest but did not sign up, addressing their concerns and encouraging them to join. No‑Show Engagement: Contact no‑shows to reschedule appointments and keep them engaged with Rumble. High‑Volume Outreach: Make 100 calls per day to effectively nurture leads and maximize conversion opportunities. CRM Management: Accurately record call outcomes and follow‑up tasks in our CRM system to maintain an organized sales pipeline. Studio Operations: Manage daily operations, ensure smooth class scheduling, and uphold Rumble’s brand standards. Sales & Membership Growth: Drive new memberships, retain existing members, and execute marketing strategies to grow revenue. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage studio staff, including front‑desk associates and trainers. Foster a motivating and supportive work environment. Customer Experience: Deliver a best‑in‑class experience for all members, addressing concerns and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Financial Management: Track and manage studio performance metrics, revenue goals, and operational budgets. Community Engagement: Develop local partnerships and engage with the community to increase brand awareness. Facility Maintenance: Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and equipped with everything needed for top‑quality classes. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in fitness studio management, hospitality, or a related field. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record in sales, customer service, and staff development. Passion for fitness and community engagement. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Self‑motivated and driven to meet and exceed daily call targets and sales goals. Able to manage a high volume of calls and maintain detailed records of client interactions. Collaborative and willing to work closely with the Rumble team to achieve sales targets. Experience working with club‑ready software preferable, but not required.
