Role Overview Ventia is seeking an experienced Field Manager to support the delivery of the NBN On Demand module across commercial and residential projects. The role is based in Wetherill Park, Sydney with minimal travel and offers flexibility; candidates open to relocation are welcome. What’s On Offer Full‑time permanent role Monday–Friday with some weekend work (minimal) Accommodation and meals provided when travelling (minimal travelling expected) Tool of Trade vehicle Use the latest technology & systems daily Inclusive & supportive team – mentorship by experienced professionals invested in your development Access to employee benefits such as corporate travel discounts, novated leases, private health discounts, credit discounts and more Health and Wellness initiatives – EAP, Fitness Passport, Ventia's Healthy Minds program and Healthy Bodies program What You’ll Do Deliver maintenance and customer activation services on the NBN network across Sydney Supervise daily, ensuring technicians have appropriate tools, testing equipment, materials and skills to complete tasks Assist field technicians and coach to improve performance, quality and end‑user customer experience Coordinate with the Area Manager & field workforce to resolve customer complaints promptly Manage progress of works at sites in coordination with project staff to meet client expectations within time, budget, safety, environmental and quality constraints Conduct weekly quality audits To Be Successful, You’ll Need Supervisory experience in construction, ideally within the telecommunications sector (NBN highly desired) Strong time‑management skills and proven ability to coordinate and manage contractors Excellent communication skills to resolve customer complaints Technologically savvy About Ventia Ventia is a leading infrastructure services company operating across Australia and New Zealand.
