You will play a crucial role in creating a nurturing and educational environment for the children in our care. Your Main Responsibilities Ensuring child safety & wellbeing using your active supervision skills. Collaborating with the team on age-appropriate curriculum implementation. Providing personalised attention, addressing unique learning styles and needs of the children in our care. Guiding behaviour through positive reinforcement for social and emotional development. Maintaining open communication with parents about a child's progress and concerns. Actively participating in team meetings for a cohesive approach to early childhood education. Fostering a positive, inclusive atmosphere embracing diverse backgrounds in a culturally sensitive manner. Qualifications Working towards or hold a minimum of a Certificate III in ECEC (or a recognised equivalent). Valid WWCC / Blue Card. Child protection / Red Nose / Food Safety training (or willing to obtain). Working knowledge & understanding of Child Safe Standards. Working knowledge & understanding of NQF & EYLF. Passion for the Early Childhood sector, enjoying communication with children, families, teammates and the wider community. Benefits A high level of support from our experienced Leadership team.
