Customer Success Associate

We’re partnering with a high-growth fintech that’s redefining how e-commerce businesses scale. They provide funding and insights to help online brands unlock growth, and their team is expanding fast. They’re now looking for a Customer Success Associate to join their Sydney team and help manage a large portfolio of e-commerce customers. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment where you’ll be the go-to for clients, ensuring deals are processed efficiently and relationships stay strong. The Role As a Customer Success Associate, you’ll: Own and manage a high-volume portfolio of around 30 deals per month . Build trusted relationships with small-to-mid-size business clients, ensuring they get maximum value from the platform. Monitor customer performance, identify opportunities for renewal or growth, and maintain strong communication throughout the funding cycle. Partner closely with internal teams (Sales, Risk, and Finance) to ensure seamless customer onboarding and retention. Contribute to process improvements and help shape the customer experience in a growing global company. What We’re Looking For You don’t need a finance degree, just the right mindset and energy. Ideal if you have: Account management or customer success experience , ideally in SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce. Strong organisational and communication skills, you’ll be juggling multiple clients and timelines. A proactive, commercial mindset, you like solving problems and finding ways to help customers grow. Financial acumen or interest in learning how funding works (a bonus, not essential).
