Product Manager, EL2 (Canberra, AU) We are hiring for a Product Manager EL2 for an on‑site Canberra role with a federal agency. Product Managers work closely with User Researchers and the rest of the delivery team to create and improve products or services, ensuring they meet user needs. The Product Manager is accountable under broad direction to perform and achieve complex to very complex product management work within an integrated workforce, requiring an in‑depth knowledge of and compliance with legislative frameworks, government decision‑making, and policy requirements. A Product Manager will exercise a considerable degree of independence, sound decision making, judgement, and expert policy advice. Key Duties and Responsibilities Drive product and business planning processes across cross‑functional teams. Analyse customer needs, current market trends, and partnerships, assessing return on investment (ROI) and building purchase perspectives. Assess supplier or industry partner offerings. Ensure product requirements are met. Outline what success looks like. Key Knowledge or Experience Areas Experience managing products from discovery to launch. Knowledge, experience of, and relationships with the technology industry. Delivery of technology to support regulatory decision‑making processes. Experience delivering to the Australian Government/Industry. We are offering a joining bonus of $1,000 and a referral bonus of $1,000.
