We are excited to announce a rare opportunity for a casual Sales Associate to join our boutique team Key Qualifications Essential to have basic sewing skills, including the ability to repair buttons and hand‑sew confidently. A background in fashion, styling, and sewing. Outstanding Customer Service: You possess exceptional communication skills and are dedicated to providing a personalised experience for every customer. Retail Experience: Previous experience in retail is essential. Attention to Detail: You have a keen eye for detail and experience in visual merchandising. Styling skills to assist client in finding the appropriate style for the event. High attention to detail with visual merchandising experience. Excellent organisational skills and problem‑solving ability. Ability to follow up on customers for any late returns and pick‑ups. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Assist in quality control checking, packing all orders for pick‑up and ensuring all hire items are dropped off on the rental reserve date. Content creation and Shopify knowledge is a plus Responsibilities Perform basic hand sewing tasks such as sewing hook and eyes, seams, buttons, measuring split closures, and completing minor alterations as needed. Deliver exceptional customer service and reach sales targets through personalised assistance and expert product knowledge. Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the boutique. Organise and manage daily operations, including opening and closing the store. Ensure accurate scheduling of rentals, avoiding double bookings and managing the waitlist effectively. Handle customer follow‑ups for late returns and pickups with professionalism and clarity. Assist in quality checking and packing orders for pickup and online orders.
