The AI Consultant plays a key role in enhancing how our technical teams and customers collaborate, ensuring that our cutting-edge AI solutions deliver meaningful, actionable insights. You will help amplify our existing strengths by understanding customer requirements, translating these into technical deliverables, developing proof of concepts and solution designs, and supporting stakeholders in leveraging AI to achieve their goals more effectively. In this role you will: Engage with customers to gather and interpret their requirements to develop appropriate AI-driven solutions that align with their goals and business needs.Develop proof of concepts and solution designs tailored to customer needs.Advise, foster and embed best practices for integrating AI tools within customer operations.Contribute to workshops and presentations to educate and guide customers on AI capabilities.Lead the translation of customer needs into actionable technical specifications and Statements of Works for development teams.Conduct reviews of AI models and solutions to ensure alignment with customer requirements and governance guidelines. Qualifications and Experience: Experience (3+ years) in technology consulting, AI delivery, or a similar role with exposure to industry-relevant challenges.Good understanding of AI trends, tools, and methodologies, and their applications in areas such as energy, telecommunications, healthcare, or utilities.Hands-on experience in developing or implementing AI/ML solutions using tools such as Databricks, SageMaker, or similar platforms.Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques to present insights clearly and effectively.Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline. Success in this role will be defined by: Establishing trusted advisor relationships with customers, leading to repeat engagements and new business opportunities.Consistently delivering impactful, scalable, and ethical AI solutions on time and within scope.Measurable improvements in customer operations and satisfaction due to AI-driven outcomes.Driving process improvements and contributing to the scalability of Aurizn's AI consulting capabilities.Ability to work independently with clients.Representing Aurizn's brand and values through excellence in execution, thought leadership, and stakeholder engagement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
