Regional Field Service Manager CDO – Southern Region Joining Coca-Cola Europacific Partners as a Regional Field Service Manager will involve leading a dynamic workshop and field‑capable team responsible for the repair, installation, servicing and preventative maintenance of CCEP equipment. About the Equipment and Service Team The EQS Team supports a dynamic workshop and field‑based team responsible for the repair, installation and servicing of CCEP’s equipment for our valued customers. This includes but is not limited to installation, servicing, QA, preventative maintenance, refurbishment of the wide range of equipment, and supporting the CCEP Sales teams in driving revenue by maximizing equipment performance. About the role As the EQS Field Service Manager CDO – Southern Region, you will lead a team that ensures quality beverage delivery, fulfilling the CCEP Australia bottling license and global standard. You will engage, inspire, motivate and energise the exceptional Field Service & Workshop team and our contractors to meet customer needs for equipment service and installation, including Glass Door Merchandisers, Air Curtain Coolers, Fountain dispensing equipment, vending machines, frozen beverage equipment and coffee machines. A typical day (examples) Communicating business plan and KPI objectives, and tracking performance to KPI objectives Driving effective application of in‑field routines Training, coaching and developing team members (conducting regular discussions with employees about performance and development) Demonstrating and modelling Safe Behaviours Actively managing outstanding and aged calls Reviewing calls in each area and implementing countermeasures to minimise outstanding calls Managing rosters to ensure technicians are available to service and repair equipment as needed Working closely with coordinators to manage QA, PM, QMP and install schedule planning Stocktake planning for field and workshop Detailed job description available on request.
