In this customer‑facing role, you will be the friendly face of our retail shopfront, welcoming customers, answering enquiries and providing exceptional service. You will work alongside a supportive and enthusiastic team, enjoy a well‑balanced roster and play a key role in driving sales and achieving KPIs. We are looking for someone who’s passionate about retail pharmacy, confident in guiding and assisting others and eager to contribute to a positive team culture. What you’ll bring Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar position Demonstrated commitment to customer service, inventory control & continuous quality improvement Experience in a retail pharmacy setting is highly desirable, but not essential You love working in a team and collaborating with others to deliver excellent care Mandatory requirements Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases A national police check conducted within the last 12 months Why you’ll love working for us At Ramsay Pharmacy, we believe in better care.
