We are seeking an experienced graphic designer with content development and video editing skills to join a high-performing professional team based in the heart of Sydney CBD.Within this role you will support communication to shareholders and a wider network through innovative and engaging design and content. If you thrive in a role that combines corporate polish with creative strategy, this could be a perfect fit for youWhat You Ll Be DoingAs the in-house graphic designer and content producer , you will work across a range of print and digital assets from investor reports, shareholder presentations and internal communications to social media content, brand reels and digital campaigns.You will be joining a Marketing & Communications team of 8 reporting into the Marketing & Digital Manager. This is a high performing team, where you will be involved in strategy and provided great support and clear guidance while also having the space to develop and execute creative ideas for digital engagement.You ll take the lead on our in-house studio, equipped with top-tier AV tools ready for production. If you re confident behind the camera and experienced in video production and editing, you will have full creative freedom to bring content to life. If your strength lies more in post-production, that s fine also - you ll lead the coordination of freelance videographers while owning the editing process to craft polished, engaging content for social, brand and stakeholder campaigns.Who You AreYou can switch gears between structured corporate design (annual reports, presentations, stakeholder docs) and the creative digital content (social posts, reels, email campaigns) You re confident across Adobe Creative Suite, from InDesign and Illustrator to Premiere Pro and After Effects. You have a strong eye for design: layout, colour and typography. You are collaborative, proactive and organised. This role suits someone with self-motivation and sharp attention to detail with confidence managing competing deadlines. What we re looking for:Proven experience as a Graphic Designer across both digital and print Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects Experience with video editing for social and digital channels Ability to balance creative flair with corporate polish Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills Someone proactive, collaborative, and passionate about creating content that makes an impact Bonus (but not essential):Experience working in within a corporate comms environment or corporate organisation Familiarity with podcast production or sound editing Animation/motion graphics experience Why join this team?You ll be joining a purpose-driven business that s deeply committed to giving back with a strong philanthropic focus and community impact built into everything we do.
