You’ll spend your days visiting people in their homes in the Yeppoon region and around the community – no two days look the same, but each one makes a difference. You’ll help with: Delivering care that’s tailored to each person’s needs and Care Plan Personal care, mobility support and medication reminders Preparing meals and supporting good nutrition Providing respite – whether it’s at home or out and about Lending a hand with household tasks like cleaning, laundry, bed making and shopping Offering social support that keeps people connected to what (and who) matters most For this role, you will be required to use your own reliable vehicle to travel to customer homes and help transport the people we support in the community. This is a permanent part‑time role (52 hours per fortnight), with a set roster between Monday and Friday, 8 am – 5 pm. We’ll work with your availability, for example a typical roster might be Monday to Thursday, 8 :00 am – 3 :00 pm.
