Logistics & Distribution Centre Manager role at Louis Vuitton Louis Vuitton has shaped the art of travel for over 170 years. Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end operations for the local distribution centre, domestic logistics, and local repair centre. Maintain strong relationships with our 3PL, ensuring adherence to the LV Core Model. Monitor orders and conduct daily operational checks to meet 3PL KPIs. Lead the local repair centre, manage repairs and spare‑parts supply chain, and organise in‑store animations. Oversee domestic transport performance and carrier relationships for timely, high‑quality delivery. Maintain and manage monitoring tools (Power BI) for Distribution Centre performance. Track performance, address issues, and drive continuous improvement and peak‑period readiness. Manage import/export activities and ensure customs compliance. Safeguard accurate inventory management, including cycle counting and stock cleaning. Partner with cross‑functional teams locally and regionally on projects and business needs. Champion a culture of safety, quality, and collaboration within Care Services. Ensure contracts are followed and adapted with the LV Procurement team. Establish and review SOPs with 3PL partners. Control costs, contribute to budget preparation/forecasting, and verify invoices. Drive continuous improvement and process re‑engineering for efficiency, cost control, and operational performance. Participate in process re‑design, system testing, and WMS implementation. Manage training for craftsmen and after‑sales teams in the local repair centre. Liaise with IS&T, Zone Digital, and Zone Supply Chain and Logistics teams for operational improvement projects. Qualifications Demonstrated capability in managing complex logistics and warehouse operations, including leading teams and overseeing end‑to‑end workflows. Proven ability to operate within high‑precision environments where quality, accuracy and service excellence are paramount. Strong systems proficiency across Infolog, SAP, WMS and TMS platforms. Expertise in import and export operations, customs requirements and inventory optimisation. A collaborative, hands‑on leadership style focused on developing and empowering people.
