About the Opportunity This is a great opportunity for a current or recently graduated College of Law student who is motivated, reliable, and eager to gain hands‑on legal experience in a supportive law firm environment. Whether you’ve already completed initial placements or are looking for your first experience in a legal practice, this role offers valuable exposure to a broad range of legal matters. This is a paid placement, with the potential to develop into a longer‑term or permanent position based on performance and the needs of the firm. What the Role Involves Your duties will include: Drafting correspondence and legal documents Assisting in litigation and estate matters Assisting in conveyancing and leasing matters Reviewing and drafting contracts, deeds, and other legal documents Preparing wills, powers of attorney, and court documents Drafting costs agreements and disclosures Document and file management Lodging documents at relevant governmental authorities General office duties supporting solicitors and conveyancer Who We’re Looking For To be successful in this placement, the ideal candidate will have: A good work ethic and punctuality Strong team player mentality Good written and verbal communication skills Self‑motivated with a proactive attitude How to Apply All cover letters and resumes must be addressed to Mr. Sam Parisi and forwarded to *******@hunterlaw.com.au.
