About the Team As a member of our construction team, you'll be part of a dynamic and dedicated group that thrives on delivering outstanding results in the field of construction law. Collaborating with industry‑renowned lawyers and professionals, you will contribute to shaping the built environment while navigating complex legal challenges. About the Role We are looking for an Associate (1‑4 PQE) with experience in construction disputes to join our team in our Brisbane office. You will have the opportunity to work on complex matters, provide strategic counsel, and be involved in intricate negotiations. You will be a self‑starter, take pride in your work, and be happy to get in and get the work done. About You Deliver legal advice with a commercial and client‑focused outlook, always; Work well under pressure, meet deadlines and excel working in a team; Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills and use them effectively, internally and externally; Take a collaborative, positive and energetic approach to everything you do; Be comfortable and experienced mentoring and training more junior lawyers; Have 1‑4 years of construction litigation experience gained in a private practice environment.
