AI Product Director, LearnWith.AI (Remote) Base pay range: $200 USD / hour (≈$400,000 USD / year) The position is full‑time, remote, and requires an independent contractor agreement via Crossover. Job Summary We are seeking a product leader prepared to harness AI to reshape the way education functions. The role centers on catalyzing systemic transformation and owning the strategic outcome of the Education vertical. Responsibilities Define the objective for our Education vertical and own its delivery. Write the master Brain Lift that encodes the strategy and establishes the portfolio roadmap, uniting all educational products. Lead a team of Product Owners as a player‑coach, staying deeply engaged in mission‑critical work. Architect the domain knowledge: refine the master Education Domain BrainLift and distill team insights and market intelligence into a unified, cohesive strategy. Drive the portfolio roadmap: convert the Domain BrainLift into an outcome‑oriented roadmap spanning the entire product portfolio. Operate as a player‑coach: run your own OODA loops on high‑stakes outcomes and coach your team through reviewing their iterations. Establish a dynamic portfolio roadmap that integrates weekly insights from your team’s iterations. Foster genuine cross‑pollination between products to achieve the strategic outcome, not merely ship additional features. What You Won’t Be Doing Serving as a pure people manager, administering headcount, budgets, and process mechanics. Implementing a top‑down strategy delivered to you. Developing static, long‑range roadmaps. Qualifications At least 6 years of experience in a product leadership role where you personally shaped the product vision and owned the core problem‑solution hypothesis. Previous experience launching at least one successful product (not just a feature or a module) that reached real users from scratch to launch (achieving at least $1 million in revenue). Professional experience using AI in your daily work (e.g., research, analysis, synthesis, strategy).
