Guest Services Supervisor & Bar Supervisor We’re looking for friendly, motivated supervisors to join our leadership team: Guest Services Supervisor – Lead our front office and guest service operations, ensuring every stay runs smoothly. Bar Supervisor – Oversee our vibrant bar and beverage service, keeping the good times flowing for our guests. Both roles are hands‑on positions where you’ll lead by example, motivate your team, and help maintain our resort’s high service standards. What You’ll Do: Guest Services Supervisor Supervise daily front‑office operations, including check‑ins, check‑outs, and payments. Support and train the guest services team to deliver professional, friendly service. Use NewBook PMS to manage bookings accurately and efficiently. Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth communication and seamless guest experiences. Bar Supervisor Lead bar operations to deliver exceptional service in a busy, family‑friendly environment. Train and motivate bar staff to uphold presentation and service standards. Manage stock control, cash handling, and ensure RSA compliance. Work collaboratively with the team during holiday and peak periods. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a supervisory or hospitality role (front office or bar). Excellent communication and leadership skills. A positive, can‑do attitude and genuine passion for guest service. Flexibility to work across a 7‑day roster , including weekends, public holidays, and school holidays. For Bar Supervisor: Current RSA or able to obtain.
