SERVICE ADVISOR – WEST COAST AUTOMOTIVE GROUP (GWM MANDURAH) West Coast Automotive Group is a proudly family‑owned business with six thriving automotive and motorcycle franchises , built on genuine care, strong values, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. We’re now looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our Customer Care Team at our Mandurah GWM dealership . Mandurah GWM has Mandurah’s biggest selling car the HAVAL Jolion, and we are the second biggest brand in Mandurah This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent earning potential , with a competitive salary matched to your experience plus an incentivised commission structure. About the Role You’ll be the friendly face customers rely on every day, someone who can stay calm under pressure, handle the occasional frustrated customer with empathy, and ensure the customers experience is of the highest quality. Welcoming customers and providing an exceptional first impression Managing service bookings in person and over the phone Responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally Keeping customers updated on their vehicle’s progress throughout the day Accurately costing repair orders and explaining completed work Identifying future service requirements Participating in ongoing manufacturer training (GWM & relevant group brands) What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you’ll bring: Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (preferred) A strong customer focus and ability to stay calm under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Experience with Titan DMS is advantageous (training available) Experience across cars and/or motorcycles is highly valued (although this role will not be dealing with motorcycles directly) Why Join Us?
