Retail Pharmacy Assistant – Ramsay Health Care We are seeking a passionate Retail Pharmacy Assistant to join the Ramsay Pharmacy team at North Shore Private Hospital. This is a permanent, full-time position on a rotating roster, which may occasionally include weekend shifts. What You’ll Do Guide and support the team to achieve outcomes in line with legislative, procedural and medication safety principles. Drive sales and meet key performance indicators. Manage inventory and ensure continuous quality improvement. Provide excellent customer service within a retail pharmacy setting. Collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding care. What You’ll Bring Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar position. Strong commitment to customer service, inventory control and continuous quality improvement. Experience in a retail pharmacy is highly desirable but not essential. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Mandatory Requirements Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
