We are looking for experienced and motivated Logistics Team Leaders to join our Croydon‑based warehousing and distribution team. These full‑time positions (Day and Afternoon Shifts available) are perfect for hands‑on leaders who are passionate about safety, teamwork, and getting the job done right. About the role As a Logistics Team Leader at Studco, you’ll take charge of a skilled team of forklift operators, driving performance and maintaining smooth, safe, and efficient warehouse operations. What you’ll be doing Lead and coordinate a small team of forklift operators to achieve accurate and timely order fulfilment. Provide training, guidance, and daily support to team members to uphold safety, quality, and productivity standards. Operate a forklift to load, unload, and transport materials as required. Oversee inventory control and warehouse organisation to maximise space and workflow efficiency. Monitor team performance, conduct feedback discussions, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with all workplace health, safety, and environmental requirements. Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve logistics issues and keep production running smoothly. What we’re looking for Proven forklift experience, with a background in leading or supervising warehouse teams. Experience handling “ugly freight” or challenging loads will be highly regarded. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate your team effectively. Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities, with a calm, proactive approach under pressure. Commitment to safety and a culture of accountability. Familiarity with inventory systems and warehouse processes.
