We’re looking for a skilled Power Transmission Specialist based in Wetherill Park This role blends technical expertise with business development, making it ideal for someone who excels in technical sales and product support, while also actively growing and managing key customer relationships. You’ll provide expert advice, support customers, identify new opportunities, and drive sales growth—working hands‑on with customer visits and team collaboration. Key Responsibilities Deliver technical sales and provide expert support on power transmission products to internal and external customers. Manage and develop a customer base by understanding needs and offering tailored product solutions. Drive business development efforts to identify and secure new customers and expand existing accounts. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to launch new products and promote initiatives. Conduct site visits and surveys, assessing customer applications and providing practical solutions. Represent the company at trade shows, meetings, and industry events to enhance brand presence and generate leads. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales and strategic plans. Key Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in power transmission or a related technical/sales role. Technical or trade background, such as mechanical aptitude, trade qualifications, or mechanical engineering degree preferred. Strong sales aptitude with excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer management skills. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal teams. Strategic thinker with good time management, analytical, and planning skills. Willingness and ability to travel as required within the region. What’s in it for you?
