We’re also passionate about our customers, products, and living our values of: Doing the right thing Being in it together Giving a damn Getting it done About the Role We’re looking for a proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the development, planning and delivery of marketing activity for Opposite Lock and our growing portfolio of Private Label Brands including Chicane, Vyking Force and Raxar. Reporting to the Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in coordinating campaigns, media schedules and brand activity across digital, catalogues, TV, radio and press. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, agency partners and store networks to bring campaigns to life and enhance brand visibility. This is a hands‑on role with lots of variety—from campaign management and content coordination to event planning, store engagement and product shoots. Your Key Responsibilities Coordinate and deliver marketing and promotional campaigns across digital, print, TV, radio and in‑store channels. Maintain trading plans and ensure stakeholders are kept up to date. Support content creation, including assisting with photo shoots and product launches. Assist in planning and managing events such as store openings and trade shows. Work closely with stores, media agencies and internal teams to execute campaigns. Manage campaign budgets and reconcile spend. Provide general marketing support including briefs, calendars, reporting and stakeholder communication. What You’ll Bring Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar. Experience in customer service; retail or franchising experience is a bonus. Strong organisational, time‑management and attention to detail. Confident communicator who builds strong relationships.
