About the Role We are seeking client-focused support workers to assist with: Domestic cleaning Personal care Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Transportation Community access Companionship Locations : We have clients in Chapel Hill, Kenmore and Stafford. Willingness to travel is essential. About Us Right at Home Brisbane West provides client-centric care, promoting independence through non-restrictive practices and open communication between clients and care workers. What You Need Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability Support, Aged Care, or equivalent (health care students who have completed their first placement are also eligible). Driver’s license and car (ESSENTIAL). NDIS Workers Screening Card (paid). Working with Vulnerable People (Blue Card - paid). First Aid Certificate. CPR Certificate. Australian Criminal History Check.
