About this role As the Marketing & Communications Coordinator, you will be an integral member of the Marketing & Communications team, assisting with the delivery and implementation of marketing campaigns, communications, digital media, branding and expos as part of the wider business’s strategic objectives. Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, you will be the key driver in promoting Northline, conveying news and information to customers and employees, as well as managing the day‑to‑day marketing activities. Key responsibilities of the role include: Creating engaging content to promote Northline’s services across print and digital channels, including website, LinkedIn, EDMs, print and digital advertising. Developing and implementing a range of communications to inform internal and external audiences. Assisting with the coordination and delivery of digital marketing components, including advertising, Search Engine Optimisation, EDMs, journey automation and CRM/data management. Briefing and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to effectively implement marketing strategies and campaigns. Developing new marketing material in accordance with Northline’s style guide, including concept development, copy and layout changes. Managing the research and coordination of various expos, conferences and relevant industry events, including registrations and reporting on return on investment. Experience, skills and attributes we need from you: Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Media or related field. Well‑developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare communications for a range of audiences and channels. Knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools including social media platforms, web content management systems and reporting. Proficient in content creation, including graphic design and video editing skills on Canva & Adobe Suite. Be able to offer proactive, creative ideas and solutions.
