VTG Waste & Recycling is a growing industry leader providing waste, recycling, and industrial services across the Northern Territory. We are seeking a reliable and hard-working Wash Bay Attendant to join our Fleet & Assets team and support the presentation, safety, and cleanliness of our fleet and equipment. About the Role Wash Bay Attendants are responsible for the cleaning and basic maintenance of VTG vehicles, plant, and equipment. This hands‑on role is suited to someone who takes pride in their work, maintains high safety standards, and thrives in a busy operational environment. Key Responsibilities Perform cleaning of trucks, plant and equipment in the wash bay area Operate pressure washers and cleaning equipment safely Conduct basic inspections and identify any visible defects or maintenance issues Maintain the wash bay area in a clean, safe, and environmentally compliant condition Assist the fleet and operations teams with general yard duties as required About You We’re looking for someone who is: Physically fit and capable of hands‑on outdoor work Reliable, punctual, and safety‑focused Willing to learn and follow standard operating procedures Holds a current driver’s licence (MR or HR desirable but not essential) Why Join VTG?
