SmartLynx Australia (formerly Skytrans), an Australian passenger airline and part of Avia Solutions Group, operates 13 regional aircraft specialising in Regular Public Transport (RPT), charter, and ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, Insurance) services across the Asia-Pacific. As the Group’s first ACMI provider in Australia, SmartLynx Australia is supported by the world’s largest ACMI fleet of 221 aircraft and 14,000 aviation professionals worldwide. SmartLynx Australia has taken over the route between Sydney and Lord Howe Island. As part of this expansion, we are seeking additional Dash 8 Captain to staff our base in Sydney Airport. This is a unique opportunity to fly to one of Australia's most stunning and challenging destinations – Lord Howe Island – renowned for its natural beauty, short runway operations, and technically rewarding flights. Who You Are As part of our Flight Crew team, you will join a motivated and safety-focused group of professionals committed to maintaining high operational standards. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a disciplined and fast-paced flight environment, bringing a proactive and industrious attitude to this newly established RPT service. Please be advised that this Captain role is for the Dash 8 only and is not linked to our Airbus operations.
