Personal Carer - Evening and Night Shifts Registered Nurse | Blue Care | Mackay Homefield Aged Care Facility Employment Term: Full‑time or Part‑time Night Shift (9.45pm – 7am) opportunities Location: Mackay Homefield Aged Care Facility Remuneration: $36.32 per hour (based on experience) + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances + Employee discounts Your part in our BlueCare Team You’ll provide care to clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life. With no two days ever the same, you’ll be on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one‑on‑one with clients and loved ones, and undertaking activities that include: In‑home personal care, daily living assistance (showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry & ironing) Providing care in accordance with the individualised Care Plan Supporting community‑based recreational and social activities Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments What makes a difference for us? Certificate III Aged Care, Home and Community Care or Disability Support Current Australian driver's licence and roadworthy vehicle as required Experience with technology (smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.) Confidence to satisfy relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies What makes a difference for you?
