We are looking to welcome an enthusiastic and qualified Dental Assistant / Dental Nurse who demonstrates the skills, ability and attitude for this unique and rewarding opportunity. This role is critical to the successful delivery of our specialised services. Key responsibilities will include: Patients record management Monitoring and ordering supplies Accurate and customer friendly scheduling of appointments Maintaining and implementing protocols and procedures within the clinic Developing and maintaining relationships with patients This is an all-rounder position, for a candidate with the right attributes. Our Company Solas Orthodontics is a specialist orthodontic practice conveniently located in the western suburbs. We aim to provide the most contemporary orthodontic treatment for the whole family in a friendly and relaxed environment. Our requirements To be successful with this role you will demonstrate the ability to work effectively as part of a team and provide a welcoming and friendly customer experience. Flexible in your approach to work, you will have the opportunity to make a difference to the team's success. Additionally, you will possess: Experience in sterilization techniques and infection control Competency with dental software Ability to support reception with administrative tasks An empathetic and positive personality Orthodontics experience is preferable but not essential Our culture We are a dedicated, vibrant and supportive team striving to provide the best customer experience for our patients.
