Proactively planning and coordinating maintenance and upkeep of our client's infrastructure. Ensure the highest efficiency levels and statutory standards are maintained. Communicating with stakeholders, clients, facilities managers, and subcontractors Attributes and Experience: Experience in a maintenance role is highly desirable. Excellent fault-finding and rectification skills Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health requirements including hazard identification Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create and maintain strong customer relationships. Neat and presentable appearance Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an attention to detail Qualifications: QLD Electrical License BICSI/ACRS Cabler Registration Licence with competencies/endorsements or equivalent Certificate 3 in Telecommunications qualification BICSI/ACRS Cabler Registration or Certificate 3 in Telecommunications must be held at the time of application. QLD Driver's licence WHS General Construction Whitecard in QLD Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident Elevated work Platform license Elevated Work Platform licence must be held at the time of application. #J-18808-Ljbffr
