The Role Our client, a leading beverage manufacturing business, is currently seeking energetic and flexible Distribution Operators to join their busy site on the Gold Coast. These full-time, permanent roles involve working in a refrigerated warehouse environment and offer opportunities across day (7am–3pm), afternoon (3pm–11pm), and night (11pm–7am) shifts . You will be part of a fast‑paced team responsible for ensuring customer orders are delivered accurately and on time. Reporting to the Distribution Manager, you’ll follow operational and safety procedures while working in a cold room environment. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick and pack customer orders in a cold room environment Operate safely and efficiently within warehouse and distribution procedures Follow all operational and safety protocols Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area Assist with stock rotation and inventory control Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors Meet daily targets and deadlines We are Looking for Candidates Who Are: Physically fit and comfortable working in cold conditions Reliable and punctual across all shift types Able to work weekends and Public Holidays Safety-conscious and able to follow procedures Capable of working independently and managing time effectively Literate and numerate, with the ability to complete and understand orders Problem solvers with sound decision‑making skills Willing to undergo a pre‑employment medical including drug and alcohol screening Forklift licence is not essential, but if you have one, that would be great Competitive hourly rates offered with shift loadings.
