The role We’re looking for a bright and organised Training Coordinator to join our Adelaide office. You’ll be the first point of contact for trainers, students and coordinators, helping courses in Community Services, Mental Health, Disability, Aged Care and more run smoothly from start to finish. What you’ll do Coordinate accredited and non-accredited courses, from enrolment to completion Support trainers with scheduling, resources and student progress Conduct pre-training reviews, testing, and eligibility checks for prospective students Use systems such as VETtrak (SMS) and Canvas (LMS) Build and maintain strong relationships with students, trainers and community partners While based in Adelaide, you’ll be part of a national team of coordinators who work closely together. You’ll have plenty of support, knowledge sharing, and guidance from experienced colleagues — you’ll never feel like you’re working alone. About you You’re organised, approachable, and a natural team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to manage competing priorities and support both trainers and students. Experience in the VET sector or people-focused roles (like retail management or training) is highly valued.
