Main duties of the job We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Female Care Assistant to support a young client in Brighton with a range of complex health needs. This role is perfect for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person‑centred care. Our young client is sociable, loves spending time with family, and enjoys interacting with everyone around. The role involves providing personal care and mobility support, supporting with clinical tasks, assisting with bedtime routines and repositioning, and promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction. Qualifications Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs; essential experience in enteral feeding, medication administration, non‑invasive ventilation, and oral suctioning; a calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach.
