Gecko Contracting Turf and Landscape Maintenance – Bibra Lake WA Gecko Contracting is a Turf & Landscape Maintenance and Construction business based in Bibra Lake. Our team comprises a wide range of skilled employees dedicated to helping our customers achieve their desired results. Over the past few years, we have experienced rapid growth in both our maintenance and construction divisions, and we are involved in many exciting and diverse projects within the Perth Metro area, including verge and park maintenance, streetscape maintenance, playground construction, and new school developments. Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: Competitive Salary Package based on experience including Company Car + Phone About the Role Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities from project commencement through to practical completion; Ensure project schedules are followed and deadlines are met; Monitor site progress, identify issues, and implement solutions promptly; Lead and motivate site crews, fostering a safe and productive work environment; Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality workmanship; Maintain accurate site records and report progress to the Construction Manager and directors; Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times; Oversee site setup, equipment usage, and maintenance to ensure efficiency and safety; and Apply practical knowledge of horticulture, irrigation systems, hardscape materials, and site conditions to deliver high-quality landscaping projects. About You Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role within landscaping or civil construction; Strong understanding of landscape construction processes and site management; Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills; Current Manual Driver’s License; White Card; and Certificate III or IV in Landscape Construction (or equivalent qualification).
