About the Role As the Fixed Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing our service and part operations. Reporting directly to the General Manager you will lead a team of 8 direct reports, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering outstanding customer experiences. This newly created position offers the opportunity to influence strategy, implement best practices, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of fixed operations, including service, parts, and related functions. Drive operational excellence and implement best practices to achieve business objectives. Develop and mentor your team of 8 direct reports, ensuring engagement and professional growth. Monitor KPIs and financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational strategies with company goals. Develop and execute appropriate plans and programs to assist in the achievement of sales and profit targets. Drive Lean processes and meetings that align with franchisor standards. In conjunction with the Parts Manager, manage parts stock and warranty store, ensuring KPIs and ratios are maintained. About You Extensive experience in senior operations or service management within the automotive industry. Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to inspire, develop, and motivate teams. Demonstrated success in building high‑performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and professional development. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and collaboration at all levels. Skills in strategic decision‑making and problem‑solving. Commitment to cultivating a positive workplace culture centered on respect, accountability, and continuous improvement. Experience in leading organisational change while maintaining engagement and smooth transitions. Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across departments without formal authority.
