About the role: Join us as a Warehouse Officer at the iconic KCGM Superpit, offering over a decade of mine life and long-term career potential. You'll be part of our respected Open Pit Maintenance Warehouse team , working a convenient 8:6 residential roster with 12-hour rotating day and night shifts. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, provide warehouse services that ensure high quality supply, storage and distribution of goods in support of Company business activities. A strong focus on Internal Customer service supports the day-to-day needs of operational activities from the Warehouse area. Here's what awaits you: Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and stock levels Investigate discrepancies and document stock transfers, returns, and adjustments Issue, return, and enter stock data into the Inventory Management System Accept deliveries, load/unload parts and consumables for freight, and ensure safe, efficient inventory storage Conduct full inspections of working areas to ensure safe operations and identify opportunities for continuous improvement Establish minimum/maximum stock levels for efficient inventory management Raise and receipt purchase orders in accordance with site policy To thrive in this role, you'll need: Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar stores/inventory role Experience in mining or heavy industrial environments preferred Ability to interpret maintenance parts and familiarity with mine site consumables highly regarded Qualifications : Current "C" Class Manual Western Australian Drivers Licence.
