Little Big Swim is hiring a full‑time Learn To Swim Teacher in Bunya, QLD. Apply now to join our team. Requirements for this role Flexible hours available 2‑3 years of relevant work experience required About the role Little Big Swim offers a rare permanent full‑time position. We work independently, reporting to the head coach, and divide our time between our Bunya Learn to Swim Pool and our Samford Stroke Development/Squad pool. We are a small, all‑hands‑on‑deck crew, and everyone takes up a lifeguarding shift as well. Our Bunya location is a 32‑degree salt‑water mineral outdoor pool that is partially shaded, ideal for baby and kindy classes with small class ratios. Our Samford location is a 9‑lane, 25m salt‑water pool where we teach Stroke Development, Mini Squad and Squads, and work closely with the local swim club, Samford Stingrays. What you’ll be doing Baby to Kindy Aquatics at our Bunya location Stroke Development and / or Mini Squads at Samford and Bunya in the afternoons Providing correction‑driven instruction Creating a safe emotional space for swimmers to learn and engage with a first experience in having a teacher/coach outside formal education Supporting lifeguarding, cleaning, and general administration What we’re looking for You’ll have a couple of years of experience, but if you have a long‑held, burning desire to teach swimming, we want to talk. Being the right person for the job matters most.
