Design and deliver social and wellness programs that enhance the lives of older people in the community. We’re now seeking a Social Coordinator to join our Marion Community Services team on a full time basis. In this rewarding role, you’ll work in partnership with community clients to plan and implement wellbeing and social offerings that enhance independence and support older people to remain living in their community of choice. A focus on each individual’s choice, strengths, capacity, and goals will influence the program offering.
