Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner – National 360 Join National 360’s Sydney team as an NDIS Core endorsed (or above) Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner. Based in Silverwater, you will provide person‑centred behaviour support to clients throughout Western Sydney. About the Role This position offers a chance to deliver meaningful support to NDIS participants across community, clinic, and telehealth settings. Responsibilities Develop strong, collaborative relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders. Conduct comprehensive Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs) to identify underlying needs. Design and implement person‑centred Behaviour Support Plans that promote positive change. Provide education and training to carers and support teams to build capacity and confidence. Ensure compliance with NDIS guidelines by reviewing and actively reducing restrictive practices. Collect and analyse data regularly to monitor progress and inform ongoing support strategies. About You Endorsed as ‘Core’ or above against the NDIS PBS Capability Framework (provide letter of suitability). Hold a relevant Bachelor’s degree (Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Counselling, Social Sciences, etc.). Have full Australian working rights. Have prior experience working as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner in community, private or acute settings. Have access to own vehicle and a current driver’s licence. Willing to obtain an NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children Check.
