Your Team The Customer Analytics team is part of CFS's Customer Office which is accountable for our customer's experience of the brand, products, and services. Our team is responsible for customer (member, employer and adviser) insights and reporting. We leverage modern AI-enabled platforms (Adobe, Databricks) to partner with stakeholders and make insight‑lead decision making a daily habit across CFS. This is a rare opportunity to build out a customer experience analytics environment from the ground up - how you always wanted it to be. Your Responsibilities Build and own a best-in-class Adobe CJA reporting capability, unlocking value from CFS's investment in customer experience. Help leaders understand what works, why it works, and where to invest next - driving measurable customer and commercial outcomes. Shape how data is used day-to-day, making insight‑led decision making the norm across Marketing and Digital. You will drive faster, more confident decision making. Design and implement (with MarTech) marketing measurement framework to tell the story about marketing impact to senior leadership while helping marketing managers make day-to-day decisions. Partner with Marketing, Digital and Martech to deliver dashboards and insights in an environment with no dedicated squad, operating hands‑on and at pace. Continuously evolve the reporting suite as focus shifts from build to optimisation, performance insights and leadership questions. Your Capability and Experience Deep, hands‑on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Analytics and the broader Adobe Experience Platform tools. Experience operating in an analytics PO style role, independently owning roadmaps, delivery and outcomes. Proven ability to design and implement marketing measurement frameworks, building reporting environments from the ground up. Strong commercial and analytical judgment - able to identify performance drivers, not just report metrics.
