Your responsibilities will include: Monitor and report supply performance to internal teams and the customer using KPIs and System Health Indicators. Maintain full awareness of C-130J inventory, making and executing decisions across suppliers, repair facilities and customer locations, including priority calls, allocation and redistribution. Resolve technical and support issues for assigned items by coordinating with engineering, supply, technical staff and operators. Enter and review data in Commonwealth, Airbus and LM inventory systems (e.g., SAP, Gold, MDR, LNIDs). Support and update Aircraft on Ground (AOG) requirements quickly to meet contracted obligations.Build and maintain strong working relationships with customer organisations including 37SQN, Airbus DM, ALSPO–C130J and C27J SPO, and other key stakeholders. About you: You Will Bring Experience implementing and maintaining structured material management plans aligned to maintenance, operational and quality goals. Proficiency with Inventory Management Systems and skill in analysing material management reports. Strong computer literacy with the ability to interpret complex data and reporting. Intermediate MS Office skills and experience with relevant software tools.SAP experience (desirable).
