Carpenter (Multi-Trade) - Projects + Maint - optional 4 day work week Commercial Carpenter (Multi-Trade) — Projects + Maintenance Full-time | Commercial small works & maintenance | Growth role We take our work seriously and look after our clients. The role You’ll deliver commercial carpentry on small–medium projects and jump onto multi-trade maintenance tasks when needed. One week you might be running door/frame packages and light framing; the next you’re handling make-goods—plaster patch/paint, basic tiling, minor fixes—to keep clients moving. What you’ll do Commercial carpentry: doors/frames, skirtings/architraves, light framing, hardware, fix & finish Maintenance/make‑goods: plaster patch & set, paint prep & two‑coat finish, small tiling repairs Work safely (SWMS), maintain a clean site, and represent the company professionally with clients What you’ll bring Proven multi-trade capability (plastering/painting essential; tiling handy) White Card, open driver’s licence; own basic tools Proven workmanship, reliability, ability to work unsupervised Clear communication and straight-shooter attitude, owning outcomes Professional representation of the company on site and in front of clients What’s on offer RDOs Company vehicle + fuel card Supportive team, uniforms, phone/iPad, and real progression Mix of project work + reactive/planned maintenance across quality commercial clients Optional 4‑day work week / RDOs (add if you want this perk advertised) About us We deliver small–medium commercial projects and maintenance with in‑house plumbing and electrical.
