G Fitness Freshwater is the most prominent Fitness and lifestyle club on the Northern Beaches. We are on the search for a creative and motivated Content manager to help showcase our classes, studios, special events, facilities and people. About the Role We’re after someone who loves being behind (and sometimes in front of) the camera —capturing authentic gym moments and create scroll-stopping content for our social media channels and marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for sourcing and managing both influencers as well as content creators. The role will be approximately 10 hours per week in a hybrid role. A base hourly rate plus outcome-based commissions will be negotiated with the successful candidate. Key Responsibilities Create and schedule photo and video content across all social media channels. Develop engaging captions, reels, and stories that reflect our brand tone and community vibe. Source, engage and manage influencers and content creators. Work closely with the management team to plan and execute content strategies and campaigns. Stay on top of fitness and social media trends to keep our content fresh and relevant. Capture real member moments, classes, and events to showcase what makes G Fitness unique. About You Creative eye for photo, video, and storytelling. Experience using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite. Confident with filming and editing short‑form content (Reels, TikToks, etc.). Comfortable in a gym environment and passionate about health and fitness. Self‑motivated, reliable, and excited to collaborate with a dynamic team.
